XH Packaging supplies PP woven fabric rolls as a semi-finished converting material for woven bag factories, laminators, printers and industrial fabric processors. Produced from polypropylene tapes and supplied in flat or tubular woven form according to the approved specification, the fabric can be customized with fabric weights of 40–120 gsm, roll widths of 30–220 cm, mesh from 7 × 7 to 14 × 14, selected colors, material formulations, surface treatments, roll lengths and core dimensions. It is used for bag making, lamination, printing, slitting, protective covers and other dry industrial packaging applications.

XH Packaging develops custom PP woven bags for agricultural goods, food and feed, fertilizers, chemicals, building materials, solid fuels, retail merchandise and other dry products. Rather than adapting every order to one standard sack, we define the material structure, dimensions, fabric weight, top and bottom construction, printing, moisture-control option and export packing from the packed product, target net weight, filling method, distribution route and brand presentation. Available starting points include plain PP woven bags, coated woven bags, BOPP laminated bags, valve bags, handled shopping bags and separately engineered FIBC projects.

XH Packaging supplies regular non-vacuum rice bags in plain PP woven and BOPP laminated woven structures for mills, distributors and retail brands. Plain woven sacks provide economical carrying strength for routine packing, while gravure-printed BOPP film creates a smoother surface for detailed brand presentation. Common formats include 5 kg, 10 kg, 20 kg, 25 kg and 50 kg. Handles, PE liners, top finishes, stitching and controlled filling air-release perforations can be reviewed against the rice, packing line and distribution route.

XH Packaging develops PP woven cement bags for manual, semi-automatic and automatic packing operations. Available formats include stitched open-mouth bags, sewn-valve bags and block-bottom heat-sealed valve bags for common 25 kg, 40 kg and 50 kg fills. Fabric weight, valve geometry, controlled air release, surface treatment and printing are selected around the cement, filling equipment and pallet plan. PE coating, printed BOPP film or a compatible liner can be reviewed when the storage route requires a more closed structure.

XH Packaging manufactures PP woven sand bags for flood control, road work, construction sites, soil filling and temporary barriers. Empty bags are compact to store and distribute before filling. Size, fabric weight, color and seams are selected from target fill, handling, abrasion, sunlight exposure and service duration rather than a general “heavy-duty” label.

XH Packaging manufactures PP woven flour bags for wheat flour, corn flour and other dry powdered food ingredients. Options include plain woven sacks, coated fabric, BOPP laminated flour bags and inserted PE liners. Specifications follow flour fineness, bulk density, net weight, moisture exposure, filling equipment, closure and presentation. XH Packaging produces PP woven grain packaging bags for corn, wheat, soybeans, barley, sorghum, millet, pulses, lentils and agricultural seeds. The bag structure can be supplied as breathable plain woven fabric, coated fabric, a printed laminated construction or a PE-lined bag. Dimensions, fabric weight, opening, printing and closing are selected around grain density, condition at packing, target fill weight and equipment. Common formats cover 10 kg to 50 kg, with final sizing confirmed by a sample or trial fill.

XH Packaging manufactures FIBC jumbo bags, also called bulk bags, big bags or ton bags, for storing and transporting dry bulk solids. Made from high-strength woven polypropylene, the bags can be customized for 200-2,000 kg capacities, 120-230 gsm fabric, different lifting-loop arrangements, open or controlled filling tops, flat or discharge bottoms, 5:1 or 6:1 safety factors, PE coating, PE liners, UV treatment and printed identification. Final construction follows the material, bulk density, filling method, lifting equipment, discharge process and storage route. Standard configurations are for dry bulk solids, not free liquids.

XH Packaging develops custom laminated bags for products that need more than a basic single-layer film. By combining printing, barrier and heat-sealing layers, the structure can balance moisture protection, oxygen or light control, puncture resistance, seal performance and shelf presentation. Common materials include PET, BOPP, PA, AL, VMPET, PE and CPP.
The construction starts with the packed product and packing process. Product form, target weight, moisture sensitivity, filling equipment, storage, transport and retail requirements determine the material structure, thickness, dimensions and bag style. Flat bags, three-side sealed bags, stand-up pouches, zipper bags, handle bags, shaped bags and PE liner bags are available for retail and industrial use.
