PP Woven Fabric Rolls for Bag Making and Industrial Conversion

XH Packaging supplies PP woven fabric rolls as a semi-finished converting material for woven bag factories, laminators, printers and industrial fabric processors. Produced from polypropylene tapes and supplied in flat or tubular woven form according to the approved specification, the fabric can be customized with fabric weights of 40–120 gsm, roll widths of 30–220 cm, mesh from 7 × 7 to 14 × 14, selected colors, material formulations, surface treatments, roll lengths and core dimensions. It is used for bag making, lamination, printing, slitting, protective covers and other dry industrial packaging applications.

Our bags are widely used for cement, fertilizer, animal feed, rice, flour, chemical products, construction materials, charcoal, sand and other bulk or retail products.

Yes. Most of our orders are customized. You can send us your bag size, loading weight, material requirement, printing artwork, sample photo or target application. Our team will suggest a suitable material, thickness, printing method and bag structure based on your product.

Yes. You can tell us what product you pack, the filling weight, storage conditions, transport distance and whether the bag will be used for retail display. Based on this information, we can suggest a suitable bag type, material, thickness, lamination and sealing method.

To make the quotation more accurate, please tell us the bag type, size, loading weight, material, fabric weight or thickness, printing colors, quantity, top and bottom style, and whether you need lamination or PE liner. If you are not sure about the details, a product photo or sample bag is also helpful.

MOQ depends on the bag type, size, printing method and material structure. For regular PP woven bags or flexo printed bags, MOQ is usually lower. For BOPP laminated bags with gravure printing, MOQ is normally higher because printing cylinders and material preparation are required. Please contact us with your bag details, and we will check the workable MOQ for you.

Yes, samples can be provided. For existing similar samples, we can arrange them faster. For fully customized samples, sample time and cost will depend on the bag structure, printing and material requirements. Sample freight is usually paid by the customer.

We can offer flexographic printing, gravure printing and BOPP reverse printing. Flexo printing is suitable for simple designs and cost-sensitive orders. Gravure printing and BOPP printing are better for high-quality colorful designs, retail packaging and brand display.
