Granules and Free-Flowing Products
Plastic pellets, masterbatch and resin granules are commonly packed in plain or coated PP woven chemical bags. Bulk density, sharp edges, drop height, transport distance and handling stages affect the fabric and seam specification. For a new granule or filling line, approve the construction through a sample and trial fill rather than by net weight alone.
Fine Powders and Leakage Control
Pigments, mineral powders, calcium carbonate and powdered additives can migrate through weave gaps, seams or an unsuitable closure. A tighter weave or coating reduces passage through the fabric. An inserted PE liner creates a separate barrier, while a correctly sized valve supports controlled filling on compatible equipment. These measures must be balanced with deaeration because trapped air can slow filling or distort the bag. Review powder fineness, filling speed, valve size and seam design together.
Moisture-Sensitive Dry Chemicals
Industrial salt and other hygroscopic products may need extra protection during sea freight, port storage or humid distribution. Coating or BOPP lamination reduces moisture transfer through the woven surface; an inserted PE liner adds a barrier. Closure and liner seal are equally important. Where a defined barrier level is required, assess the complete filled package rather than assuming one layer makes it airtight.
Manual and Automatic Filling
Open-mouth bags suit manual or semi-automatic filling and can be sewn after filling. Valve and block-bottom valve bags suit compatible powder equipment and can create a uniform pallet shape. XH Packaging reviews filler type, valve dimensions, speed, deaeration, closing method and filled-bag dimensions so the bag does not slow the line or stack poorly.
Chemical packaging should keep operational information easy to read. Customer-approved artwork may include the product name, net weight, batch field, production date, barcode, handling instructions, warning symbols and export marks. The buyer supplies the legally required wording for the destination market, while XH Packaging checks printable area, layout and production feasibility. Hazardous, regulated or specially classified products require a packaging and labeling specification approved for the product and market before manufacture.
XH Packaging has produced woven packaging since 2007. Its process covers PP tape production, weaving, printing, laminating and bag converting. Order-specific checkpoints may include dimensions, fabric weight, tensile strength, elongation, lamination peel strength, print color and clarity, ink adhesion, seam and bottom construction, and packing quantity. A signed sample, confirmed artwork and written specification guide bulk production and repeat orders.

Tell XH Packaging what the dry material is, how it flows and where the filled bags will travel. Our team can compare open-mouth, lined and valve constructions against your filling and storage conditions, then prepare a clear specification and quotation for approval.
