XH grain packaging bags are engineered for safe, durable, and efficient storage and transportation of agricultural products such as rice, maize, wheat, soybeans, and other grain-based commodities. According to different packaging requirements, we provide both vacuum and non-vacuum packaging solutions, with PP woven bags and BOPP laminated woven bags widely used in the global market.
In bulk packaging and large volume shipment of grains, we recommend using plain PP woven grain bags that are very sturdy to carry loads and can be stacked on top of each other firmly. For markets that emphasize branding on shelves, BOPP laminated grain packaging bags provide excellent printing quality, moderate resistance to moisture and a good shelf display. They are ideal for retail and export market.
All of the grain packaging solutions provided by XH are designed based on a customer’s product grade, packing weight, filling equipment and desired marketing position. Our solutions can service the processing plant, distributor or retailer and are designed to meet their needs.
Our grain packaging bags are made of 100% virgin polypropylene (PP) woven fabric. The fabric can be laminated with BOPP film on both sides of the fabric to improve tensile strength, tear resistance and long-lasting performance in transportation and storage.
Fabric weight is variable from 40gsm up to 110gsm to ensure appropriate loading. The mesh construction can also be varied from 7×7 up to 14×14 to achieve an optimal balance of strength and porosity.
Adding a PE liner to the bags to protect grains from moisture, humidity, insects and oxidation during storage will improve storage safety. This is especially relevant for rice and soybean storage in tropical countries or areas with high humidity.
